CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order before it ships, however, a $15.00 cancellation charge may be assessed if the order has been packed and prepared for shipping. Most items ship within one business day, with many items shipping the same business day if ordered by 11:00 AM Mountain Time. Cancellation is not possible after your order has shipped. Please follow the return policy below if your order has already shipped.

RETURNS (EFFECTIVE 10/28/2006)

Droid's Deals will accept merchandise for return under the following conditions:

You may return unopened items within 15 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee will apply. If the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect item) we will pay the return shipping costs (Ground Service Only) and waive the restocking fee. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can process the return/exchange quickly. We will ship the exchanged item, if applicable, via Ground Service only after we've received the item(s) to be exchanged.
For an unopened item in original condition that is returned more than 15 days after delivery but less than 30 days after delivery, we will refund 80% of the item's price (20% restocking fee).
For an opened item in good condition returned within 30 days of delivery, the refund will be 50% of the item's price. If the opened item shows obvious signs of use, the refund will be 30% of the item's price.
Absolutely no returns/refunds after 30 days .

Please contact Droid's Deals for a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.
We will notify you via e-mail with the specifics of your refund once we've received and processed the returned
item(s). No refund will be issued until we receive the item(s) complete with all packaging, instructions, and included parts/accessories.

Droid's Deals reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to enforce or amend this policy depending upon the circumstances.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In some cases, the return policy(ies) of our suppliers/manufacturers may be more/less restrictive. In those cases, Droid's Deals is bound by those policies - and you are, too. (Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions/concerns)

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item is defective (not damaged), please contact the manufacturer for warranty service. Warranty issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer - not Droid's Deals. If an item was damaged in transit, contact the shipping company. We will make every attempt to help rectify the problem if our assistance is requested. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.
